Krazy Kelli...What You Don't Know About Kelli James

Who is Miss Kelli James? She is a Public Relations major at Hampton University from Cincinnati, Ohio. Coming from the Ohio area to Hampton has proven to be a major difference. Kelli has lived in both Ohio and Houston Texas and the environment is the polar opposite of what she has become accustomed to.

Back in Cincinnati her community was really close nit. Students take huge pride in where they come from; including representing their school at all sports functions, unlike Hampton Universities’ student life. Coming from such a close community to one that doesn’t support as much has been different.

Compared to other places where Miss James’ has lived, Hampton, to her, is one of the smallest and slowest places. She says, “ that although Cincinnati is not that large you could always find something to do, at Hampton not so much.” She then goes on to compare Texas to a smaller version of Mexico stating that it is extremely culturally diverse and is a large city with something constantly going on.

What are some of Kelli James’ favorites? When she gets the opportunity to travel home, Kelli indulges in home made macaroni and cheese. When she is not feasting on Mac-n-cheese she will go to a little pizzeria shop around the corner from her house where her favorite order is a huge slice of pizza and ceasor salad.

Kelli is in love with the color purple and cardigan style sweaters. Coincidently she had on a purple cardigan today which I found amusing.
